We were approached in this instance by a company specialising in grounds keeping and landscape maintenance.
They were looking to franchise their business fitting out box trailers, only having some images of what they would like.
We helped to design a whole build with the look they invisaged around their preferred ride on mower they wanted to use for franchise.
We designed, fabricated and installed an offside marine plywood racking system covered with automotive lining and rubber lined compartments, a curved racking to the front of the trailer finished in the same manner, and aluminium diamond plate storage bays and scuff guards.
The challenge here presented as ensuring all tools and equipment could be stored safely and still provide shelving storage, which we achieved.
This also included a 240v hitch that could be plugged in externally at site giving power to the IP65 rated sockets fitted internally, the movement of rear license plate and lighting, and uprated security locks to the Debon trailer.
We are happy to state that this has been well received and also very successful, and Naturespace are now ordering their fifth and sixth trailer in a short period of time.
