Greene King
We were approached by Greene King brewery to design, fabricate and build their fleet for public house maintenance, and hotelier maintenance sectors.
On the Public house maintenance vehicles, we started with a poly propylene lining and phenolic non-slip flooring system.
We then designed and fitted a bespoke steel racking systems to the offside, which included a drawer system to house the customer’s sourced organiser cases, a pull-out tool drawer and racking system to the bulkhead into the side loading door of the vehicle, along with a bespoke storage solution for the nearside to stow a foldable, removable ramp.
These also had a 2000w pure sine wave inverter system on additional 95ah AGM battery, separate from the vehicles ancillary system, hook deadlocks to all loading doors, and a security replacement lock (rep lock) to the driver’s door for added protection.
The hotelier maintenance vehicles were also a bespoke design we carried out for the end user’s needs.
We started with a standard 6mm timber ply lining with a phenolic non-slip floor.
These had a 75mm high steel false floor for storage of sheet material (8ft x 4ft) with an additional phenolic top layer.
We designed, machined and fitted a bespoke18mm plywood rack which was designed around the end user’s needs including pigeonholes to the rear for storage of small parts.
These also had a 1000W pure sine wave inverter direct to the vehicle’s ancillary battery with a battery guard to protect the OEM system, and again, hook dead locks to load area doors and a rep lock to the driver’s door for added security.
Lastly, we added QR coded stickers containing our digital handover which explains the layout, usage and maintenance advice for the build completed, including aftersales contact information.
